HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 15, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. It was agreed that the complainant must file its response to
respondent’s amended answer, affirmative defenses and file a new motion to strike on or
before March 14, 2007. Respondent is to file its response on or before April 4, 2007.
The parties were also directed to submit a revised discovery schedule on or before March
29, 2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on April 5, 2007, at 10:30 a.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
