HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 15, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The complainant represented that it has yet to receive certain
discovery that prompted its motion to compel filed January 31, 2007. The respondent
represented that it is still attempting to comply with complainant’s discovery requests. It
was agreed that the parties will discuss these issues and that the motion to compel may be
revisited at the next status conference if needed. The parties were directed to submit a
revised discovery schedule on or before February 20, 2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on March 22, 2007, at 10:15 a.m. Please note
the time change. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant,
but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
matter and their readiness for hearing.
