HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 15, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties plan to meet before the next status conference to
discuss the possibility of settlement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on March 26, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
