HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 20, 2007, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney did not appear, but previously advised complainant that
respondent would pay the fine.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on March 19, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
