HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 20, 2007, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner is still waiting to hear from respondent
about whether the new permit has been issued.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 20, 2007. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
petitioner.
The petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
