HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 13, 2007, the status conference was cancelled due to inclement weather. As
last reported, the parties were going to discuss settlement based on based on the sampling results.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on March 12, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
