HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 13, 2007, the status conference in this matter was cancelled due to inclement
weather. As last reported, the parties had hoped to finalize the settlement agreement by now.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 12, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the People.
