HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 13, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties will propose a formal discovery schedule at the next status
conference. Additionally, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency is reviewing certain
discovery documents and respondent’s revised settlement offer.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on March 19, 2007. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant.
