HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 14, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties hope that the consent order in the federal action will be finalized
before the next status conference, at which time the settlement agreement in this docket will be
filed with the Board.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on April 17, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
