HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 13, 2007, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone
status conference with the hearing officer. Neither party was able to attend due to
inclement weather. At the next status conference, petitioner should be prepared to file
another deadline waiver, or set this matter for hearing.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on March 13, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
The statutory decision deadline is June 21, 2007.
