HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 13, 2007, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney was able to attend due to inclement weather. Petitioner is
considering depositions. At the next status conference, petitioner should be prepared to file
another deadline waiver, or set this matter for hearing.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on March 13, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline in this case is June 21, 2007.
