HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 9, 2007, the parties filed a joint motion for extension of time until
April 2, 2007 for the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) to file a
response to the petition for adjusted standard. According to the motion, the parties
continue to discuss several outstanding issues relevant to the Agency’s recommendation.
The motion is granted.
