HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 30, 2007, the petitioner filed a motion to extend time for the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) to file its recommendation. The petitioner
represents that the Agency is in agreement with the motion. To that end, the petitioner’s
motion is granted and the Agency’s recommendation is now due to be filed on or before
April 30, 2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on February 22, 2007, at 10:30 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
