HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 6, 2007, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference, but there was confusion about the time of the meeting. Complainant reported to the
hearing officer that a stipulation would soon be sent to respondent’s attorney.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:15 a.m. on March 6, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
