HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 1, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties represented that they have agreed to a settlement but
that they are discussing the language in the stipulation and proposal for settlement
(stipulation). To that end, it was agreed that respondent’s answer is now due to be filed
on or before June 15, 2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on May 24, 2007, at 10:30 a.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed before the next status conference, the
conference will be cancelled without further order.
