HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 1, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties continue to discuss the possibility of settlement, and still need to
meet with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on May 1, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
