HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 1, 2007, complainant and respondent First Choice Construction
participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing officer. Complainant and
the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency are reviewing the relevant financial
documents submitted by respondent First Choice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on May 1, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
