HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 1, 2007, a telephonic status conference was held. The complainants did not
appear. By agreement with the respondent, the complainants’ responses to the respondent’s
pleadings, filed January 16, 2007, are now due to be filed by February 13, 2007. It is noted the
hearing officer has enclosed a copy of the Board’s procedural rules with this mailing.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic pre-
hearing conference with the hearing officer on March 29, 2007, at 12:00 p.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible
for their own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the
status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
