HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 1, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The respondents represented that they file the executed covenant with the
Recorder of Deeds pursuant to the settlement agreement between the respective parties within
the next 10 days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on April 26, 2007, at 11:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing. If, however, motions to voluntarily dismiss are filed prior to the next
status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further notice.
