HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 31, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent plans to submit a Freedom of Information Act request for
complainant’s documents relating to all of respondent’s properties.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on February 27, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
