HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 31, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have finalized the settlement agreement, and are circulating the
document for signatures. If the proposed settlement is filed with the Board before the next status
conference, the meeting shall be cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on April 3, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the complainant.
