HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 31, 2007, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have prepared bids for the project, but progress has been delayed
because the bid must be approved before funding is available from the dry cleaner fund.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on May 2, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
