represented that a settlement has been reached. The parties requested that, pursuant to
Section 103.304 of the Board’s procedural rules, a hearing be scheduled in this matter so
that the stipulation and proposal for settlement would be considered by the Board. To
that end hearing dates were agreed to and will be noted in the notice of hearing.
