HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 7, 2007, the Board granted an agreed motion to stay to and including
June 27, 2007. To that end, the January 25, 2007, telephonic status conference is rescheduled to
the date and time noted below.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on July 2, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to dismiss is
filed prior to the next status conference the conference will be cancelled without further order.
