HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 25, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The complainant represented that the parties are still discussing
settlement and that respondent is in the process of drafting and forwarding a revised
permit application to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency for its review.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on March 22, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
