HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 25, 2007, a telephonic status conference was held. The respondent did not
appear. The complainant represented that the parties continue to discuss a few issues in the
stipulation and proposal for settlement (stipulation). To that end, it was agreed that respondent’s
answer is now due on or before March 1, 2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on February 22, 2007, at 9:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a stipulation and
proposal for settlement is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be
cancelled without further notice.
