HEARING OFFICER ORDER
A telephonic status conference was scheduled for January 25, 2007. The petitioner
informed the hearing officer that she had a scheduling conflict and would not be able to appear.
A status conference is rescheduled to the date and time noted below. The petitioner stated that
the above-captioned matter is settled in principle, but that it must forward another reimbursement
petition to the respondent for its review.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on March 22, 2007, at 9:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the petitioner,
but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the
parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily dismiss is filed prior to the next status
conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
