HEARING OFFICER ORDER
A telephonic status conference was held on January 23, 2007. The respondent
appeared but without counsel. The respondent was advised to retain counsel as required.
The respondent represented that it will contact its attorney and further represented that its
attorney will contact the complainant prior to the next telephonic status conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on February 15, 2007, at 10:30 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
