HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 24, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties have reached an agreement on the major issues of this
appeal, and have scheduled a meeting for February 1, 2007 to discuss the remaining
technical issues.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on February 27, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
