HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 22, 2007, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. As last reported, respondent’s
attorney was still trying to reach respondent to discuss the possibility of settling this
matter.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:15 a.m. on February 20, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
