HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 18, 2007, the parties contacted the hearing officer to request cancellation of
the hearing set for February 7, 2007. Respondent’s attorney has a conflicting trial that day. The
parties agreed to reset the hearing to March 14, 2007. The hearing notice reflects that the
location has been changed to Carlinville City Hall.
