HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 22, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant’s inspector reports that there is still some work needed at the site.
If the remainder is not completed by the end of March, complainant may request that this matter
be set for hearing. Respondent requests clarification from the inspector on what needs to be
done, and hopes to resolve this matter without hearing.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on April 17, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
