HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 22, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. City officials have advised respondent that a curb-side barrier would be a safety
hazard due to obstructed vision. Respondent’s noise expert is expected to provide alternative
solutions within the next month.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on March 26, 2007. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant.
