HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 18, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The petitioner represented that it anticipates that it will file a
motion to consolidate the above captioned matter with a related PCB 07-27 matter within
the next 2 days.
The petitioner also represented that it will file a an open waiver of the statutory
decision deadline.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on March 22, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. The status conference must be
initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
