HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 18, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioners will propose settlement language for respondent’s consideration.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on February 27, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioners.
The decision deadline is currently April 20, 2007. Petitioners have agreed to file a
deadline waiver to June 21, 2007 within the next seven days.
