HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 18, 2007, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties continue to exchange comments on the proposed settlement
agreement. Petitioner agreed to file an additional deadline waiver within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on April 16, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline in this case is June 7, 2007.
