HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 18, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The petitioner represented that the respondent has issued a draft modification
permit and the public comment period has closed. Petitioner anticipates that the respondent will
issue a final modification permit within the next 60-days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on March 22, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by
the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing.
