HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 17, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties continue to wait for guidance from USEPA on Title V issues.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on March 20, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is May 15, 2007. Petitioner agreed to file a deadline waiver to
July 26, 2007 within the next seven days.
