moves to withdraw it's
petition for hearing and in support states

. On or about August 14, 2006, Petitioner filed a Petition for Hearing regarding an IEPA
final decision received July 10, 2006 regarding an application for payment from the Leaking
Underground Storage Tank (LUST) Fund
.

. Thereafter, Petitioner filed a revised application regarding the same project and the IEPA
approved additional reimbursement
.

. Petitioner does not desire to proceed with a hearing on the matter and will accept the
reimbursement amounts approved by the IEPA
.

. Petitioner respectfully asks to withdraw the petition and end further hearings on the
matter
.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that it's Petition be withdrawn and the cause be dismissed
.
