Please be advised that I gave testimony in 2006 in opposition to the expansion of the

PDC hazardous waste landfill

. Any expansion to this site compounds the already existing

danger to the public's health and safety .

I am a property owner and resident of Peoria County since 1979

. I fully support the vote

of the Peoria County Board to deny the expansion permit based on the criteria of their

votes

. Their votes were made after much thought and careful decision making.

This landfill is over a water aquifer that is vital to the health and prosperity of the citizens

of not only Peoria County, but this aquifer connects to water supplies throughout many

Illinois counties.

I urge you to sustain the decision of the Peoria County Board .
