Dear Pollution Control Board Officers:

The toxic waste dump operated by Peoria Disposal

Company at Pottstown on Peoria's west boundary sits over

our aquifer, according to testimony before the Peoria

County Board's recent hearings . We must rely on you,

members of the Pollution Control Board, to assure that our

water supply receives no additional exposure to hazardous

poisons . Winds from the dump should not carry toxic air

pollution over us . I believe the best way you can protect

us is to uphold the decision by our County.
