HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 9, 2007, the petitioner informed the hearing officer that it would not
be available for the previously scheduled telephonic status conference for January 11,
2007. To that end, it has been rescheduled to the date and time noted below.
The petitioner also represented that it will file a waiver of the statutory decision
deadline.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on January 18, 2007, at 11:30 a.m. The status conference must be
initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
