HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 8, 2007, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. The hearing officer was unable to attend due to a hearing.
Complainant left a message that it expects respondent to sign off on the proposed stipulation
language.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on April 9, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the complainant.
