HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 9, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties are exchanging draft permit language. Petitioner will
soon provide respondent with additional information that respondent will use to propose
new language.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on April 10, 2007. The telephone status conference will be
initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
