HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 9, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney hopes to hear something soon regarding management’s
approval of the tentative agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 13, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
There is an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
