Case 2006-184

I support the Peoria County Board's decision to deny PDC's request for a

permit to expand its' hazardous waste landfill .

This toxic waste landfill sits over the aquifer which is Peoria area's main

water source and is upwind of the entire city .

Safe places and superior means of dealing with waste must be found

.
