HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 4, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner is preparing responses to respondent’s proposal.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on March 6, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
The statutory decision deadline is August 23, 2007.
