HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 4, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondents will return the signed stipulation to complainant within the next
week. If the agreement is filed with the Board, the next status conference shall be cancelled with
no further notice.
