HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 3, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondents have upgraded the wastewater treatment system, and are currently
within compliance limits. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency has informed the
parties that it wants to conduct further tests this summer, during peak demand, to ensure that
compliance continues to be met.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on August 30, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
