HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 3, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner’s consultant is compiling additional information which should be
forwarded to respondent within the next thirty days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on March 1, 2007. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this case.
